Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. The role includes creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the seamless migration and deployment of data across various systems. Attention to data quality and the implementation of processes to extract, transform, and load data are central to daily activities, enabling smooth data flow and accessibility for multiple stakeholders within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize data workflows and improve system performance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align data strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture principles, and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing environments.
- Knowledge of data governance and security standards to ensure compliance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
