Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Work Location: Pune

Job Timing: 10 am to 6 pm

Monday to Saturday

We are hiring a Computer Operator Data Entry to manage and update company databases with accuracy. Candidates must have good typing speed, MS Office knowledge, and attention to detail. Freshers and experienced both can apply.

Key responsibilities

• Input and update data: Accurately enter data from paper documents, digital files, or other sources into company databases, spreadsheets, and specialized platforms.
• Maintain data integrity: Verify information for accuracy and completeness, resolve discrepancies, and update outdated or incomplete records.
• Organize information: Sort, file, and organize digital and physical documents to ensure they are easy to access and retrieve.
• Generate reports: Assist in creating reports from the data and retrieve information as requested by management or other departments.
• Ensure confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information.
• Perform other tasks: Some roles may include general office duties like scanning documents or answering phones.

Requirements:

• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience is a plus.
