Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems while ensuring confidentiality and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately into computer systems and databases
• Update and maintain records, files, and documents
• Verify data for errors and correct inconsistencies
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets as required
• Maintain data confidentiality and security
• Coordinate with back office or operations team
• Perform basic office tasks when required

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Typing speed: 20–30 WPM (preferred)
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Email
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
• Language: Basic English (Hindi/Marathi preferred)
