Data Entry Operator (Fresher)

Location: Pune

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems and databases
• Verify accuracy of data before entering it
• Review and correct errors in data
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Generate reports as required
• Scan and organize documents (physical & digital)
• Follow company data entry procedures and guidelines

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel)
• Good typing speed (typically 25–30 WPM preferred)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Ability to meet deadlines

Eligibility:

• Criteria Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate
• Freshers are welcome
• No prior experience required (training often provided)
