Project Role Description : Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage; and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.

Summary:
As a Data Governance Practitioner, you will establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Your typical day will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitating effective data collection, storage, access, and usage, and driving data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance. You will engage in discussions that shape the data landscape of the organization, ensuring that data practices align with strategic goals and compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team understanding of data governance policies.
- Monitor compliance with data governance standards and report on adherence to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation, Data Governance, Python (Programming Language), Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools to present findings effectively.
- Knowledge of data management best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis & Interpretation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
