Summary: As a Data Management Practitioner, you will maintain the quality and compliance of an organization's data assets. Your typical day involves designing and implementing data strategies that ensure data integrity while enforcing governance policies. You will establish protocols to handle data, safeguard sensitive information, and optimize data usage within the organization. Additionally, you will design and advise on data quality rules and set up effective data compliance policies, ensuring that the organization adheres to best practices in data management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team understanding of data governance and compliance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data management needs and develop tailored solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Teradata Vantage. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Architecture Principles, Teradata BI, Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices. - Experience in implementing data quality management processes. - Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Teradata Vantage. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
