Summary:
As a Data Modeler, your day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. You will focus on understanding existing data structures and designing new data models that align with business needs. This role requires continuous interaction with different teams to ensure that data models are accurate, efficient, and support the organization's objectives. You will spend time analyzing data requirements, refining data definitions, and ensuring that the data architecture supports both current and future business processes in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements.
- Document and maintain data models and metadata to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and methodologies.
- Experience with designing and optimizing data schemas for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of database management and data governance principles.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
