● Core skills: the candidate must demonstrate an advanced proficiency and hands-on experience in one or more of the following skills: ○ SQL: for complex data manipulation and querying ○ Data Modeling: mastery of key concepts with practical experience ○ Power BI: proven track record of designing and implementing semantic models (cubes), to creating reports, and using the DAX language. ● Nice to have: ○ Experience with orchestration using Apache Airflow ○ Proficient in dbt (data build tool) ○ Good understanding or experience using AWS data services: Athena, Glue, S3, Lambda ○ Python: Basic knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or data ingestion. ○ Knowledge of the Azure data ecosystem (Azure SQL DB, T-SQL, Azure Data Factory,…) Knowledge about TM Standards Understand the telecom domain Knowledge on data mapping Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for transactional and analytical systems. Define data standards, naming conventions, and normalization rules. Create ER diagrams and maintain metadata repositories Work closely with data architects, engineers, and business analysts Expertise in SQL and relational database design. Develop, document, test, and deploy Data/BI products using the Air Liquide Unified Data Platform capabilities, adhering to standards to deliver a professional service to all Data & AI Applications products ● Design, implement, improve semantic models for use in PowerBI Premium ● Develop reliable and performant DAX formulas and expressions ● Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and teamwork to achieve sprint goals ● Monitor and troubleshoot data products performance and reliability
