Job Description

Job Title: Executive – Dealer Development & Channel SalesCompany: Supreme Dental Tech

Location: Pan-India (Base location flexible with travel)

Experience Required: 2–4 Years (Dental Industry Preferred)

Reporting To: Head – Sales / Business Development

Role ObjectiveTo expand and strengthen Supreme Dental Tech’s dealer distribution network across India by identifying, appointing, and managing high-potential dealers, while driving sustainable sales growth through channel partners.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Dealer Network ExpansionIdentify potential dealers and distributors in assigned territories/states.
  • Evaluate dealer capability, financial strength, market reach, and reputation.
  • Lead dealer onboarding process including commercial discussions and agreements.
  • Develop territory-wise dealer expansion roadmap.
  • 2. Channel Sales DevelopmentDrive sales through appointed dealers to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Support dealers with product training, demonstrations, and technical coordination.
  • Monitor dealer performance, stock levels, and secondary sales.
  • Plan and execute joint sales initiatives with dealers.
  • 3. Relationship ManagementBuild strong long-term relationships with dealers, dental clinics, labs, and institutions.
  • Act as primary point of contact between company and channel partners.
  • Resolve dealer concerns related to pricing, supply, and service coordination.
  • 4. Market Intelligence & StrategyTrack competitor activities, pricing, and dealer movements.
  • Provide insights on market trends and product demand.
  • Recommend strategies for improving dealer productivity and coverage.
  • 5. Sales Operations & ReportingMaintain CRM data of dealers and prospects.
  • Prepare periodic reports on dealer appointments, pipeline, and sales performance.
  • Forecast demand and support inventory planning.
