Dealer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accountable for new onboarding of New Car Dealers (NCDs) in his region & business from them.

2. Responsible for following up on all the leads forwarded to the NCDs.

3. Responsible for the follow-up on hot/lost leads, Booking & Retail confirmations.

4. Need to take follow-ups on the Test Drive scheduled for the customer.

5. Revenue collection from the NCDs.

6. Handling all the dealer-related issues and enclosure of the same.

7. Need to check service parameters on regular intervals at Dealer to ensure better delivery of services.

8. Taking regular feedback from the dealer & executing an improvisation plan for the same. Sales & Business Development profile (B2B).

9. Generate VAS income from NCDs.
