Job Description

Location - Chandan Nagar

Working Days – Day Shift / 6 Working days (Monday to Saturday)

Process- Outbound domestic’s process

Age- 18 To 30 yrs

Education- 12th Pass / Under Graduate / Graduation

LANGUAGE- Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Bengali, Assamee.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE-

·        Fresher’s / Experienced candidates can apply.

·        Contact customers and informing them of their overdue bills.

·        Advise customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.

·        Negotiate suitable payment plans.

·        Ability and willingness to deliver in high pressure environment.

·        Candidate able to handle window based application: MS Office, Excel, power point.

·        Excellent negotiating skills.

·        Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing.

·        Willing to complete daily or monthly targets.
