Job Title: Bank Debt Recovery Executive(Also known as: Collection Executive / Recovery Agent / Loan Recovery Officer)

Job Description:

We are hiring Debt Recovery Executives to assist in the recovery of overdue payments from customers on behalf of banking and financial institutions. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, patient, and skilled in communication and negotiation.

• Key Responsibilities:Contact customers via phone or in person to recover overdue payments.
• Explain payment terms, outstanding amounts, and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain proper records of calls, visits, and follow-ups.
• Negotiate repayment plans or settlements as per company policy.
• Coordinate with legal and banking teams for escalated cases.
• Ensure timely updates and reporting to supervisors.
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with loan recovery processes and financial terms is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
• Prior experience in collections, field recovery, or banking preferred.
• Should be comfortable with field visits and travel (if applicable).
• Honest, responsible, and target-oriented.
