Delivery Cum Office Boy Biker

Responsible for day-to-day office support, material/document delivery, basic housekeeping coordination, and assisting office & site teams to ensure smooth operations in an interior turnkey firm.

• A. Office Boy DutiesMaintain office cleanliness & pantry support
• Serve tea/coffee & assist in meetings
• Handle photocopy, scanning & filing work
• Assist staff with small administrative tasks
• Manage office supplies (stationery, printouts, etc.)
• Support HR/Admin for routine office tasks
• B. Delivery Boy DutiesDeliver & collect documents, drawings & samples to clients, vendors & sites
• Pick up materials from market/suppliers as per requirement
• Visit project sites for small material or document handovers
• Ensure safe handling of sample kits
• Maintain delivery records & obtain acknowledgments
• Required Skills & QualitiesHonest & responsible
• Basic reading & writing (Hindi/Marathi; basic English preferred)
• Good time management
• Familiar with Pune/PCMC routes
• Polite behavior with clients & staff
• Ability to travel locally for office/site work
• Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Minimum 10th Pass
• Experience: 0–2 years (office helper / delivery experience preferred)
• Must have two-wheeler & valid driving license (for Delivery role)
