Job Description
ग्राहकांना ऑर्डर वेळेवर आणि सुरक्षितपणे पोहोचवण्यासाठी जबाबदार व वेळेचे भान असलेला डिलिव्हरी बॉय आवश्यक आहे. उमेदवाराला स्थानिक रस्त्यांची माहिती व चांगले ग्राहक व्यवहार कौशल्य असणे गरजेचे आहे.
🎯 मुख्य जबाबदाऱ्या
- दुकान/गोदामातून ऑर्डर उचलून ग्राहकांपर्यंत पोहोचवणे
- वेळेवर आणि अचूक डिलिव्हरी सुनिश्चित करणे
- पत्ता, संपर्क क्रमांक आणि पेमेंट तपशील पडताळणे
- आवश्यक असल्यास पेमेंट (रोख/ऑनलाईन) गोळा करणे
- डिलिव्हरी रेकॉर्ड व रिपोर्ट्स मेंटेन करणे
- वाहतूक नियम व सुरक्षा नियमांचे पालन करणे
- वस्तू सुरक्षितपणे हाताळणे (डॅमेज टाळणे)
- ग्राहकांशी नम्रपणे संवाद साधणे
