Job Summary
A Delivery Executive is responsible for transporting goods, packages, or food items safely and efficiently from the company to customers. The role involves ensuring timely delivery, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
- Key Responsibilities : Pick up and deliver orders to customers within assigned areas.
- Verify delivery details (address, contact number, payment status).
- Collect payments (cash/digital) if required.
- Maintain delivery logs and update order status in the system/app.
- Handle goods with care to prevent damage.
- Follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Report any delivery issues or delays to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
