Demand Manager- Solution Expert- Firewall

● Proven experience as a Solution Expert or similar role, with a strong focus on firewall and network infrastructure. ● In-depth knowledge of network design principles and security best practices. ● Experience with various firewall technologies and network devices. ● Ability to translate architectural standards into practical deployment designs. ● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. ● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. ● Autonomy and leadership are a must ● Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes, including incident and problem management. ● Understanding of and experience with group IT policies and compliance. ● Technologies : Palo alto, Cisco ASA, fortinet ● Deployment Support: ● Assist Delivery Managers in the deployment of new Demand (DMND) requests. ● The role will be to deploy flow matrix respecting group security standards ● Ensure compliance with group security standards ● Solution Design: ● Based on deployment standards defined by architects, design the firewall design and flow matrix to be deployed for remote sites. ● Escalate to network architects or security architects any doubt or concern regarding design or implementation or unexpected behaviour ● Problem Management Support: ● Support the Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the context of problem management concerning firewall topics ● Incident Management Support: ● Support the Operation Manager in the management of complex incidents concerning firewall topics ● Policy Enforcement: ● Ensure the proper compliance with GDSD group policies.
