Job Description
Timing: 10 am to 2:00 pm (part time)additional 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Full time)
Patient Reception: Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
Administrative Tasks: Handling phone calls, emails, and managing office correspondence.
Patient Assistance: Assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and sterilizing instruments.
Patient Education: Providing patients with post-operative care instructions and oral health education.
Billing and Coding: Processing insurance claims, handling billing inquiries, and managing payment transactions.
Inventory Management: Ordering dental supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Office Maintenance: Keeping reception and waiting areas clean and organized.
