Job Title: Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Sales

Job Summary


The Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales operations, and leading a team of their own sales professionals in the real estate sector. The role involves developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high team performance to maximize project sales.


Key Responsibilities


1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation


Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.


Drive revenue generation through direct sales and referrals.


Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.


Ensure effective sales planning and forecasting.


2. Team Leadership & Management


Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Manager and Sales Associates.


Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.


Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.


Motivate and guide the team to achieve organizational goals.


6. Reporting & Compliance


Prepare and present sales reports, MIS, and performance updates to senior management.


Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.


Track sales metrics and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualification
