Responsibilities
- Desktop and laptop troubleshooting
- Windows OS installation and support
- Installation of basic software and applications
- Printer and scanner installation
- LAN network troubleshooting
- Basic Wi-Fi router and networking setup
- Visiting client sites to solve basic IT issues
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
- Experience in desktop support and Windows installation
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT / hardware support
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license required (field work)
- Ability to visit client locations and resolve basic IT problems
