Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Job Type: Full-time | Field Work
- Job Description / Responsibilities:Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems
- Provide on-site desktop support and resolve hardware/software issues
- Perform hardware installation, upgrades, and maintenance
- Configure and troubleshoot networking components (LAN, routers, switches)
- Install and configure software applications as per client requirements
- Diagnose system errors and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain service reports and job records
- Visit client locations for technical support as required
- Skills Required:Computer Hardware & Systems
- Hardware Networking
- Hardware Configuration & Installation
- Computer OS (Windows/Linux basics)
- Software Configuration & Troubleshooting
- Installing Operating Systems
- Eligibility:ITI / Diploma / Graduation in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- 0–3 years experience in desktop/field support (Freshers can apply)
- Two-wheeler mandatory
