Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for OS (Windows), MS Office, email, and enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi,)
• Perform system maintenance, patch updates, and antivirus management
• Set up and troubleshoot conference room equipment (projectors, audio/video, VC tools)
• Maintain IT inventory and asset lifecycle records
• Backup and restore user data when required
• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees (system setup, access provisioning)

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as Desktop/IT Support Engineer (1–3+ years depending on level)
• Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Windows & Mac OS
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory / Office 365
• Familiarity with IT Security best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure support situations and multitask
