Summary:
As a DevOps Architect, a typical day involves evaluating and crafting comprehensive DevOps strategies tailored to intricate technology landscapes. This role requires designing and constructing robust DevOps frameworks that support cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-premises infrastructures. The work often includes integrating microservices architectures alongside traditional application models, ensuring seamless deployment and operational efficiency across diverse environments. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in deployment pipelines and infrastructure management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of DevOps practices with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance DevOps processes and infrastructure.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Document and communicate architectural decisions and best practices to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Elastic Stack (ELK).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Experience in designing scalable and resilient system architectures.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Elastic Stack (ELK).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
