Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Shopify store operations, product listings, and promotions.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on social media and Google.
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, phone, and in-store interactions.
- Create engaging social media content and monitor customer feedback.
- Coordinate with operations team for order tracking and delivery updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing and/or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify and social media marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Preferably based near Kondhwa, Pune.
