Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing & Creative Executive will handle social media, digital campaigns and creatives for our real estate mandate projects. The role combines digital marketing execution with basic graphic designing for online branding and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) for all mandate projects.

·      Plan and post regular content: property creatives, reels, stories, posts, carousels and ad creatives.

·      Design marketing creatives for properties (banners, brochures, flyers, thumbnails, social media posts).

·      Coordinate with the management and sales team to understand project USP and convert it into marketing content.

·      Write basic captions, ad copy and headlines suitable for real estate audience.

·      Assist in running and monitoring paid campaigns (Meta/Google) in coordination with internal/external experts (if applicable).

·      Maintain content calendar, ensure brand consistency and timely posting.

·      Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, enquiries) and share simple reports.

·      Update property listings, images and creatives on portals or website (if any).

·      Support in offline branding material design when required (standees, hoardings, print flyers).

Required Skills & Experience:

·      0–3 years of experience in digital marketing / social media / creative design (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).

·      Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends for real estate.

·      Hands‑on experience with Canva; knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is a strong advantage.

·      Ability to design clean and attractive creatives for properties and campaigns.

·      Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (reach, impressions, leads, engagement, CTR, etc.).

·      Good communication skills and ability to understand project details and convert them into visuals.

·      Comfortable working in a startup environment with multiple responsibilities.

Education:

·      Any Graduate

·      Certification or course in Digital Marketing / Graphic Design / Multimedia is an added advantage.
