SWAB Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and growth-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to help us strengthen and scale our digital presence.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1+ year experience, who want hands-on exposure to real digital marketing campaigns, AI-powered workflows, and local & hyper-local marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For

A candidate who:

• Has a strong command of Canva
• Possesses basic to good video editing skills
• Understands organic and paid social media growth
• Uses AI tools to work smarter and faster
• Can communicate confidently in Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Excellent Content Writing skills in marathi language.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across:

• Social Media Platforms
• SEO & Local SEO
• Google Ads & Meta Ads
• WhatsApp & Email Marketing

Content Creation (Core Focus)

• Design high-quality creatives using Canva
• Create short promotional videos, reels, and basic edits
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, AI design/video tools, automation tools) for:
• Content writing in Marathi, Hindi and English Language
• Caption creation
• Campaign ideas
• Faster execution

Social Media Growth

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & WhatsApp
• Improve reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Respond to messages, comments, and leads professionally
• Stay updated with trends, reels, and algorithm changes

SEO & Local SEO

• Optimize website content
• Manage Google Business Profile (Google Maps)
• Improve local keyword visibility

Paid Advertising

• Run and optimize cost-effective Meta & Google Ads
• Target local and hyper-local audiences
• Track performance and improve ROI

Performance Tracking

• Monitor analytics and campaign performance
• Prepare simple reports and insights
• Continuously optimize strategies

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal teams
• Collect photos, videos, testimonials, and success stories for marketing

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Students currently pursuing studies may apply for internships

Technical Skills

• Strong Canva skills
• Basic to good video editing knowledge
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation & productivity
• Understanding of social media growth strategies
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads
• Familiarity with Google Analytics

Soft Skills

• Creative and analytical mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Self-driven and result-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to support business needs when required
