Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on driving online customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:

1) Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, display advertising, and PPC campaigns.
2) Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and develop targeted messaging and creative assets.
3) Manage website content and optimize for SEO and user experience.
4) Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive ROI.
5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to ensure marketing campaigns align with company goals and objectives.
6) Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

1) Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2) Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on online customer acquisition and retention.
3) Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5) Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising platforms.
6) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
