Job Responsibilities

-YouTube Management

Manage and grow the YouTube channel

Upload videos and YouTube Shorts

Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags

Create attractive video thumbnails

Research trending topics and video ideas

Track performance using YouTube Analytics

-Social Media Marketing

Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages

Create and schedule posts, reels, and shorts

Write engaging captions and hashtags

Plan monthly content calendar

Monitor engagement and page growth

-Content Writing / Blogs

Write SEO-friendly blogs related to CAD software, engineering careers, and industry trends

Publish blogs on the website (WordPress)

Perform keyword research for blog topics

Optimize blogs for Google SEO

Content Coordination

Repurpose YouTube content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and Shorts

Coordinate with the team for video editing and creative content

Stay updated with latest social media and digital marketing trends

-Required Skills

Minimum 1+ years experience in Digital Marketing

Knowledge of YouTube SEO

Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Basic knowledge of Canva or thumbnail design tools

Ability to write blogs and SEO content
