Job Description:

• Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook) for café promotions
• Create and post engaging content (offers, reels, stories, events)
• Run basic paid ads for footfall, offers, and brand awareness
• Manage and update Swiggy & Zomato listings (menu, prices, images, offers)
• Coordinate with Swiggy & Zomato teams for campaigns and visibility
• Handle Google Business Profile updates and customer reviews
• Coordinate with graphic designers for marketing creatives
• Support local and festive marketing campaigns
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, orders)
• Stay updated with food, café, and online delivery trends
