Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Manage company social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).

• Create and post marketing content, creatives, and promotional updates.

• Assist in running online campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

• Update website content, product information, and SEO keywords.

• Track and report digital campaign performance (weekly/monthly).

• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams for marketing materials.

Sales Support (Back Office)

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer presentations.

• Maintain CRM entries, lead follow-up records, and sales dashboards.

• Support sales team with documentation, emails, follow-ups, and data management.

• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and customer updates.

• Handle customer inquiries through email/phone and share product details

Skills Required

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms).

• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop preferred).

• Strong communication and email drafting skills.

• Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to multitask and coordinate with various teams.

Qualification

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred).
