(Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Advertising Campaigns) to help increase the number of lives

As Digital Marketing Manager, your role is simple — your job is to do whatever it ethically

takes to acquire new students and clients using media, promotions, partnerships, and public

relations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

 Minimum 3+ year of hands-on digital marketing experience & Lead

 Strong practical experience running Meta Ads

 Must have tangible results & case studies

 Strong copywriting skills (ads, landing pages, email sequences)

 Data-driven, analytical mindset

 Experience managing consistent ad budgets

 Organized, disciplined & execution-focused

 Deep interest in personal development & learning

🎯 Your Core Responsibilities

 Plan, launch & scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

 Execute and optimize YouTube advertising campaigns

 Manage ₹1,00,000+ monthly ad budgets efficiently

 Generate qualified leads & profitable student acquisitions

 Build and optimize funnels & landing pages

 Improve conversion rates across the customer journey

 Track and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS & overall ROI

 Work closely with sales & content teams

Your performance will directly impact revenue and company growth.

 Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager
