Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create, curate, and schedule posts, reels, stories, and videos that connect with our audience and reflect our brand style.
• Monitor and track performance metrics, analyze insights, and recommend improvements to improve reach and engagement.
• Engage actively with the online community—respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency and support larger campaign goals.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and creative ideas to keep Alacritys’ content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Digital Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields.
• Strong interest or prior experience in managing social media platforms.
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• A creative and proactive mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work independently and contribute as part of a team.

Compensation:

Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹13,000 per month (based on skills and commitment).

Performance-based incentives may be offered for exceptional creative contributions and measurable results.
