Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Executive at TechySharks, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising lead generation campaigns for real businesses. This role goes beyond running ads — it requires thinking, ownership, and the ability to use AI tools independently.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta & Google lead generation campaigns
• Work on real estate and service-based funnels (Ads → WhatsApp → CRM)
• Analyse CPL, lead quality, and campaign performance
• Use AI tools for ad copy, creatives, research, and optimisation
• Create basic creatives or videos using Canva when required
• Coordinate with video, automation, and content teams
• Share clear performance updates internally (and occasionally with clients)

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (lead forms / WhatsApp ads)
• Basic understanding of Google Search Ads
• Comfortable using Canva for simple creatives
• Strong English communication (written & spoken)
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability

AI & Learning Expectations

• Comfortable using AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
• Willing to continuously learn new tools and frameworks
• Able to figure things out independently, not wait for instructions
