We are looking for a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Expert to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be female, highly skilled in running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, and have a strong eye for creative design that connects with real people.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Meta & Google Ad campaigns (lead gen, sales, awareness)
• Design creatives (ads, reels, posts) using Canva or Photoshop
• Monitor and optimize ad performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS)
• Coordinate with the content and sales team to align campaigns
• Maintain campaign reports and insights for improvement

🔹 Key Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
• Strong design sense and hands-on experience with Canva/Photoshop
• Proven results in running paid ad campaigns (lead gen or sales)
• Must be based in Pune or ready to work from Pune (hybrid or on-site)
• Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply
