Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in running successful paid campaigns and handling social media marketing. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO (On-Page & Off-Page), with a strong track record of driving measurable results in lead generation, brand visibility, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. Manage social media accounts with engaging content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. Conduct detailed keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies (On-Page & Off-Page) to improve rankings and organic traffic. Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Develop and implement remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization strategies. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing (paid ads + SEO + social media). Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Analytics, and Search Console. Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and achieve targeted ROI. Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills. Experience in handling B2B & B2C campaigns will be an added advantage.
