Director – Human Resources Consulting Group

Director – Human Resources Consulting Group
The Human Resources Consulting Group (HRCG) serves as an internal consulting team that owns short to mid-term strategy execution and operational direction for the People function in alignment with organization objectives. The incumbent is expected to lead a team of HR generalists responsible for seamless delivery of time-bound project assignments and cyclical activities, lending core HR support to mid-level people leaders across India.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Partner with business HR leaders and COEs to deliver integrated, scalable HR solutions aligned to business strategy.
  • Lead and execute short- to mid-term (1–3 years) HR strategies supporting enterprise and local objectives.
  • Drive organization design, change management, leadership development, and talent initiatives.
  • Provide strategic HR consulting, coaching, and guidance to business and functional leaders.
  • Deliver human capital solutions using data insights, scenario modeling, and problem-solving tools.
  • Localize and embed global HR programs (Talent, DEI, Rewards, Learning, ER) to fit India GCC needs.
  • Oversee compliance, performance management, talent reviews, and employee experience processes.
  • Manage employee relations, lead ER strategy, and partner with legal on sensitive issues and policies.
  • Handle HR escalations, risk mitigation, and resource deployment for high-impact priorities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team to drive service excellence and long-term success.
