Dispatch Executive

Requirement for Pune based candidate (Males only) to handle orders and invoicing related to warehouse shipments management.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Job involves packaging goods and moving boxes and cartons in a warehouse environment.

2.Plan, schedule and coordinate dispatch activities.

3.Ensure correct packaging, labeling and documentation of goods

4.Verify invoices, delivery challans and shipping documents

5.Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners

6.Track shipments and regularly update delivery status.

7.Handle dispatch-related queries and resolve issues promptly

8.Maintain dispatch records (Excel)

9.Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies

10.Stock audit

Required Skills

1.Good communication and coordination skills in Hindi , Marathi , Basic English

2.Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes

3. MS Excel

4.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Training will be provided to freshers.
