Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage hospital partnerships
Execute district-level marketing & outreach programs
Recruit & manage field teams (Arogyasathis)
Ensure compliance with SOPs and project guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams to minimize case losses
Handle case reviews, grievance redressal & reporting
Requirements:
2–4 years in Healthcare TPA, Hospital Billing, BD, or Insurance
Strong communication, leadership & organizational skills
Willing to travel across Pune/Kolhapur districts
