Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

-       Handson Experience in Oil & Gas domain and in depth knowledge of Planning/ Scheduling/ operations / maintenance

-       Process optimization/ modeling & Simulation using Aspen/ Aveva/ Honeywell tools, DCS, Histrorian (OSI PI/ IP.21) and LIMS

-       Experience of working on Digital transformation initiative for the refinery using technologies such as IoT, Digital Twin, Robotics, Computer Vision, AI/ML

-       Strategic thinking , Problem-solving mindset, good communication and presentation skills, Project management experience

-       Understanding of IT-OT convergence and OT Security

-       Refinery economics

-       Experience of managing digital transformation program for EPC company or EPC company as a customer
