-    & nbsp;  Experience with SCADA, MES, DCS, and industrial automation systems, ERP & Asset management systems

-       Experience in IoT, AI/ML, digital twins, edge computing, Industry 4.0 for manufacturing

-       Strategic thinking, Problem-solving mindset, good communication and presentation skills, Project management experience

-       Experience of managing digital transformation program for Metal company to improve availability, safety and production performance

-       Experience in Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing

-       Knowledge of sustainable & green metal manufacturing technologies
