Drill Bit Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a certified Drill Bit Making Machine Operator

with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in operating drill bit manufacturing machines.

The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality drill bits by operating and

monitoring specialized machines while maintaining production accuracy and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Drill Bit Making Machines used in the manufacturing of cutting tools.
• Set up machines, load raw materials, and adjust machine settings according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Produce drill bits according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform quality checks using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Maintain proper machine cleaning and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and company production standards.
• Maintain production logs and records.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of Drill Bit Manufacturing Process.
• Ability to operate tool grinding or drill bit making machines.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
• Familiarity with quality inspection tools.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or related field.
• Certified Machine Operator preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating Drill Bit Making Machines in a manufacturing environment.
