Driver

Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to manage transportation needs and provide general office support. The role includes driving staff or guests, running office errands, and maintaining office cleanliness and supplies.

• Key Responsibilities:Driving Duties:Drive company staff, guests, or executives to and from assigned locations safely.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and regularly serviced.
• Follow traffic rules and ensure road safety at all times.
• Maintain a logbook of travel details, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
• Handle delivery and collection of documents or packages as required.
• Office Support Duties:Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and pantry items.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, including meeting rooms and pantry.
• Support basic maintenance tasks and coordinate with vendors if needed.
• Requirements:Valid [Insert Country] driving license with clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver and/or office assistant.
