E-Commerce Executive

Marketplace Management

•     Manage and maintain seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, FirstCry, and the brand website

•     List new products with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and keywords (SEO-optimized)

•     Monitor and update inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking

•     Ensure product listings are always active, correctly categorized, and competitively priced

Orders & Operations

•     Process daily orders across all platforms in a timely manner

•     Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team for smooth order fulfilment

•     Handle returns, refunds, and customer complaints professionally

•     Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues with logistics partners

Sales & Growth

•     Run and monitor sponsored ads / promotional campaigns on Amazon & Flipkart

•     Identify opportunities to improve product rankings and conversion rates

•     Monitor competitor pricing and suggest adjustments to stay competitive

•     Share regular sales reports and performance dashboards with management

Content & Brand

•     Coordinate with vendors or in-house resources for product photography and creatives

•     Ensure brand consistency in all listings and product communication

•     Manage A+ content / brand store pages where applicable

REQUIREMENTS

•     Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / BBA / MBA preferred)

•     0–2 years of experience in ecommerce operations or marketplace management.

•     Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar portals

•     Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting

•     Good written communication skills for product descriptions and customer handling

•     Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

•     Interest in baby/kids products or fashion category is a plus

GOOD TO HAVE

•     Prior experience in baby, apparel, or FMCG product category

•     Familiarity with running PPC/sponsored ads on Amazon or Flipkart

•     Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research for product listings

•     Experience handling Meesho or FirstCry seller panels
