Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, order processing, online promotions, and performance optimization across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (title, images, keywords, A+ content).
• Monitor daily orders, returns, and customer queries.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Plan and execute online promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns.
• Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data.
• Maintain pricing strategy and inventory tracking.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality content across marketplaces.
• Handle marketplace compliance, policies, and account health.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Management (LED/FMCD/FMCG preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Basic understanding of SEO, online marketing, and product content optimization.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in lighting, electronics, or consumer durable industry.
• Knowledge of PPC ads, cataloging, and listing optimisation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
