E-Commerce Marketplace Executive (Amazon, Flipkart & Website)

Key Responsibilities:Marketplace Operations (Core)

• Manage end-to-end seller accounts on Amazon & Flipkart
• Handle product listings (single & variation)
• Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, policy issues
• Coordinate with Amazon & Flipkart Seller Support / Account Health teams

Listing Optimization (Very Important)

• Optimize product titles, bullet points & descriptions for SEO & conversions
• Work closely on A+ content, images & infographics
• Ensure listings follow marketplace policies and category guidelines
• Improve CTR and conversion rate through content optimization

Sales-Oriented Working

• Monitor daily sales, sessions, conversion rate & best-selling products
• Suggest actions to increase sales (pricing, images, offers, keywords)
• Coordinate with ads team / agency if required (basic ads understanding preferred)

Website Handling

• Manage product uploads & content on company website
• Ensure pricing, stock & images are aligned with marketplaces

Coordination & Reporting

• Communicate with internal teams for stock, dispatch & pricing
• Prepare basic performance reports (weekly/monthly)
• Track listing health, errors, and improvements
