Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging & Production ManagementOversee daily packaging of orders to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth production and restocking.
- Maintain inventory of packaging materials and place timely procurement orders.
- Ensure all products are quality-checked before dispatch.
- Streamline packaging processes to improve speed and efficiency.
- E-Commerce Platform Management (Amazon, Blinkit, etc.)Manage product listings, pricing, stock levels, and content on Amazon, Blinkit, and other marketplaces.
- Handle order processing, returns, replacements, and issue resolution.
- Monitor platform dashboards for performance, flags, and SLAs.
- Coordinate with platform account managers for campaigns, operational issues, and compliance requirements.
- Track and update inventory across all channels.
- Logistics & OperationsCoordinate pickups with courier partners.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Skills & QualificationsExperience in e-commerce operations (Amazon Seller Central, Blinkit Seller Panel, etc.) preferred.
- Basic understanding of packaging workflows and production processes.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
