Job Description

Job Title: B2B Education CounsellorJob SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven B2B Education Counsellor to manage and grow partnerships with institutions such as schools, colleges, universities, training centers, and corporate learning teams. The role focuses on understanding institutional needs, advising on suitable education solutions, and driving enrollments or program adoption through strategic collaboration.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners (schools, colleges, corporates, coaching centers, etc.)
  • Understand partner requirements and recommend appropriate academic programs, courses, or learning solutions
  • Conduct virtual or in-person presentations, demos, and counselling sessions for institutional stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners throughout the onboarding and engagement lifecycle
  • Support partners with admissions processes, documentation, and student onboarding (if applicable)
  • Achieve partnership, enrollment, or revenue targets as defined by the organization
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, academic, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth execution
  • Track partner activity, leads, and conversions using CRM tools
  • Gather market insights and feedback to improve offerings and partner satisfaction
  • Represent the organization at education fairs, institutional meetings, and networking events
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, education counselling, partnerships, or institutional relations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand academic products and explain them clearly to decision-makers
  • Target-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, MS Excel, and virtual meeting tools
  • Willingness to travel (if required)
