- Key Responsibilities:Counsel students via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic options
- Handle student inquiries and follow up on leads
- Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve targets
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM/MIS
- Coordinate with admissions and academic teams
- Provide post-admission guidance and support
