• 🎓 Position: IT Training Education Counselor✅ Eligibility Criteria:2–4 years of experience as an Education Counselor in an IT Training Institute
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Knowledge of IT courses (Software Testing, Full Stack, Data Science, AWS, etc.)
• 📋 Key Responsibilities:Handling walk-in and telephonic inquiries regarding IT courses
• Counseling students and working professionals about suitable IT programs
• Explaining course structure, fees, batch timings, and placement support
• Achieving monthly admission targets
• Follow-up with leads and maintaining inquiry data
• Coordinating with trainers and placement team
• Managing admission process and documentation
• 🎯 Required Skills:Excellent communication (English & Hindi/Marathi preferred)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach
• Knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing leads
