- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission process
- Handle walk-ins, calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling
- Maintain daily records of inquiries and conversions
- Plan and execute student engagement activities
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, duration, and career opportunities
- Follow up with interested students regularly
- Maintain a positive relationship with students and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with the CRM and telecalling team for smooth workflow
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and promotional events
