Service Technician – Simple One Electric Scooter

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspection, diagnosis, PMS, and troubleshooting of Simple One electric scooters.

Handle repairs and replacement of EV components including battery, motor, charger, controller, and wiring harness.

Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) for new vehicles.

Update job cards, maintain service records, and support warranty/claims documentation.

Operate and maintain tools, diagnostic equipment, and ensure workshop cleanliness.

Explain service work to customers, provide EV maintenance guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow safety protocols for high-voltage systems and comply with environmental and company policies.

Maintain discipline, integrity, and confidentiality in daily operations.
